Once we are both on the same page, we recommend that you visit our Getting Started page to create your ZOFT operations account. It's a very simple process and requires just a few details about your brand, and we will be ready to get your products on their way to our warehouse.
Step 3: Send Your Products to Our Warehouse
Once you have an active account with us, from coordinating with your supplier to receiving your products at our New York warehouse, all the responsibility now lies on us. We ensure that you experience the most smooth logistics.
Step 4: Prep and Ship to Amazon FBA
Our team handles all requested preparations and inspections. With daily UPS pickups from ZOFT to Amazon’s Fulfilment Centres, we will make sure that your products go live quickly. We continue to be in contact with you and support you post-delivery to keep your business running smoothly.
Step 5: Pick & Pack Integrated Order Fulfilment
